Hi valentleung, welcome to the HP Forums. I understand you are trying to view your tablet on your TV. Unfortunately there are no instructions for this on the support site for your product: HP Slate 7 VoiceTab Ultra 3901 Tablet support
You would probably need a Micro HDMI cable, and once it was plugged in it should pop up with some options on how you want to treat the display.
Alternatively if you could get a 3rd party app capible of setting your output device.
This article, mentions a few apps which may or may not work: "RealHDMI, Xternal Display for Droid X and HDMwIn."
