Hi,
I have just purchased an HP Slate 7 Plus tablet. When I started up the tablet for the first time it showed a small green menu on top left which has the following options:
Boot normally
Fastboot protocol
Recovery kernel
Forced recovery
However, I am unable to navigate through it with volume buttons.
After that the tablet starts in safe mode, and I noticed that volume up and down buttons are not working.
Is there any thing that I can do?
